As the former CEO of the Royal Group of Companies in Cambodia, Mr. Sharaf managed an annual budget of $380 million, overseeing operations in sectors such as e-commerce, logistics, banking, retail, and entertainment. Earlier, as CEO of the WorldBridge Group of Companies in Cambodia, he further strengthened his reputation for strategic vision and operational excellence.
Before his tenure at Royal Group and WorldBridge, Mr. Sharaf served as CEO of RMA Group of Companies in Cambodia. Under his leadership, the company grew from $34 million in 2009 to $130 million by 2014. He successfully managed a $130 million budget while expanding the company’s portfolio to include prestigious brands such as Ford, Jaguar, and Land Rover.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Sharaf held leadership roles at Novo Nordisk, where he worked in Israel, Palestine, Iraq, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. His achievements in expanding market share and implementing innovative solutions highlight his dynamic leadership and commitment to success.
Mr. Sharaf is also deeply engaged with industry associations and chambers of commerce. He serves as Chairman of the Cambodia Automotive Industry Federation and Governor of the American Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia, among other leadership roles.
