Notably, he worked alongside our international legal experts on an Asian Development Bank (ADB)-funded project focused on the planning and design of Mongolia’s proposed green, resilient, and efficient city adjacent to its new international airport. This transformative initiative aims to alleviate overcrowding in the capital by developing a phased urban expansion that integrates:
Comprehensive disaster risk management (including flood and earthquake resilience); Integrated water resource management; Circular waste management and sustainable waste solutions; Eco-friendly heating systems; Smart and durable urban road networks; Advanced communication infrastructure; Sustainable housing solutions; and Institutional capacity building and governance improvement

Alex leads our Ukraine and Eastern Europe operations, spearheading innovative eco-green roading solutions that provide durable, long-lasting roads—built faster, at a significant cost reduction, and backed by a five-year repair warranty. His expertise extends to affordable eco-block housing solutions, where he drives international efforts to develop cost-effective, environmentally friendly homes that align with global sustainability goals.

With a deep commitment to resilient infrastructure and green innovation, Alex continues to shape the future of sustainable urban development across multiple regions.
