Founded in 1993 by a diverse group of practical and visionary economists, financial experts, educationalists and senior politicians, Guinness Gallagher has undertaken projects across a number of development platforms for both the public and private sector and development partners.

We have worked on and managed more than thirty projects in countries including: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, PR China, Fiji, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Kiribati, Korea, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Maldives, Micronesia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Solomon Islands, Samoa, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Tuvalu, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu and Viet Nam. We have also worked on and managed several projects in the African sub-continent, including Nigeria, Rwanda and South Africa.
In addition, our project engagements have been with all the major development partners including ADB, USAID, NZAID, AUSAID, EBRD, World Bank and IBRA.
